Production Process
To ensure production accuracy and efficiency, the factory is equipped with 10 welding production lines, over 30 CNC cutting machines, 3 large-scale spraying production lines, as well as a series of advanced production equipment such as hydraulic bending machines and shot blasting machines. The key processes of welding, cutting, and spraying are all operated by experienced professional technicians. Quality inspectors are specially assigned to monitor each process in real time. Before the finished products leave the factory, they must undergo comprehensive inspections by a professional quality inspection center to ensure that each semi-trailer delivered to customers has the core advantages of stable performance, safety and reliability, and long service life.
