1. Warranty Period
Structural Frame: 2 years (against manufacturing defects)
Electrical & Pneumatic System: 1 year
Axles, Suspension, Landing Gear: 1 year (original brand warranty)
Wear Parts (tires, brakes, bulbs): Not covered
2. Warranty Coverage
We warrant our semi-trailers to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance.
During the warranty period, we will: Replace non-repairable parts free of charge; Provide technical support and guidance.
3. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does NOT cover: Damage from misuse, overloading, accident, or improper operation; Normal wear and tear of consumable parts; Damage due to lack of maintenance or unauthorized modification; Damage caused by third-party parts or repair. Shipping, installation, and labor costs at client site (unless agreed in contract).

Client submits a claim with photos/videos, VIN, purchase date
