Full Shipping Process: From Factory to Destination Port
We manage the entire logistics chain to eliminate your hassle, and keep you updated with real-time progress throughout the process. Our standardized shipping flow includes:
- Order Preparation & Pre-Shipment Inspection: After production completion, our QC team conducts a full inspection of the semi trailer, checks all functions and appearances, and ensures the trailer is in perfect shipping condition.
- Professional Packaging & Secure Fixation: Key vulnerable parts (lights, electric systems, hydraulic components, landing gears) are wrapped with waterproof film and foam cotton; the trailer body is coated with anti-rust oil for long-distance sea transport. All trailers are firmly lashed to prevent sliding or collision during transit.
- Port Loading & Customs Declaration: We arrange professional trucking from our factory to the departure port (main ports: Qingdao, Shanghai, Tianjin, Guangzhou), handle all export customs declaration procedures, and complete loading under strict supervision.
- Ocean Transportation & Tracking: After departure, we provide you with the bill of lading (B/L), container number/Ro-Ro booking number, and real-time vessel tracking link, so you can monitor the cargo location at any time.
- Destination Port Arrival & Pickup Guidance: We notify you in advance of the estimated arrival time (ETA), assist with destination port clearance guidance, and connect you with reliable local agents for pickup and delivery if needed.
