Recently, a delegation of senior procurement representatives from a Nigerian logistics and transportation company visited our factory for an in-depth inspection of flatbed semi-trailers, aiming to further confirm product quality, production capacity and cooperation feasibility.
The customer delegation first visited our production workshop, focusing on the key production links of flatbed semi-trailers, including the processing of main beams, welding of frames, assembly of axles and suspension systems, and quality inspection procedures. Our technical team detailed the product advantages: the frame of the flatbed semi-trailer adopts high-strength international steel, which is light in weight while ensuring excellent torsion resistance, shock resistance and bump resistance to meet the bearing capacity of different road surfaces; the frame adopts a through-beam structure, with longitudinal beams of flat or gooseneck type, and the web height ranges from 400mm to 550mm, which is welded by automatic submerged arc welding and treated by shot blasting to ensure the overall firmness and durability of the frame.

After the factory tour, the two parties held a in-depth cooperation discussion meeting in the conference room. Both parties had in-depth exchanges on relevant issues and reached a preliminary cooperation intention, including the purchase of a batch of flatbed semi-trailers and the discussion on long-term cooperative supply relationships.
